bosch blue tipper

Miss April already has a nice Bosch blue tip antenna.  Only thing not perfect about the one on the car is that the chrome piece covering the blue tip is faded and the white plastic protection ring directly below the blue tip was missing.  Most antenna's are missing that plastic ring because it has to be cut-off/removed in order to fully retract the antenna (which requires the provided key to get it back up).  That is the designed safety feature of the antenna.
They all shipped with that piece, but again, most are gone.
I was ok with my antenna, appearance is quite nice.  Then I saw the opportunity to buy not just an NOS one, but one still in the original box.  Had to have it!
I will be selling the one that is on the car when I find time to swap it out.
