All was going well, until we went to spray the main body. Started out looking good, then out came some fish-eye's in the paint! Shop had degreased and wiped down the car, new air hose, filter on the compressor with new desiccant, temperature in the room at 79 degrees, chasis of car at same temperature. All of this was the same process as successfully used on the bumpers and other loose pieces. Simply, it just happened. So, I am buying new paint and the car is being sanded again. Not fully down to bare metal or primer, just to below the imperfections in the paint. Car will then get a new coat.
