NOS Friday

Small victory here, but I'll take it.  Below are some photos of the engine lid buffers for late 356.  First photo is from the Stoddard website, which shows a nice reproduction piece.  Next photo is of a package I have that is certainly old.  The plastic bag is now yellowed with age and the buffers I will be using are inside the still sealed package.
Next photo shows the buffers removed.  You can see the difference in the face of the buffer.  Most folks will never know these are NOS, but these are originals and will go on Miss April.
